No. An online estimate is a starting point. A comp-based valuation from me uses recent sales in your micro-market, and a formal appraisal is done by a licensed appraiser, usually for a lender.

Do I have to list with Zoli after I get a value?
No. The valuation is free and comes with absolutely no obligation to list. I'm happy to sit down with you and talk through your options, because many homeowners don't know the current market or every option available, and the first route that comes up is not always the best one.
